The name Spiritleader came to me more as a fluke or more like an accident and as I thought about it, it turned out that it wasn’t an accident, that it was part of the providence of the consciousness I espoused.

So because it seemed appropriate I decided to keep it.

This explains what Spiritleader means as I came to understand it.

Spiritleader means developing human consciousness down the path of spirituality.

It’s a way of being conscious –a direction of thought

Meaning, I don’t necessarily view the term Spiritleader as someone that leads others personally, but something that develops human consciousness in a spiritual way; - that creates a spiritual awareness of how we exist.

It’s more like a mechanism or device that sets or allows the directions our spirit takes – it sets the mood or tone we feel and display.

The idea "Spiritleader" is bigger than a person place or thing and while it can be all of them or one of them, the idea is that it develops spirituality.

The idea is to be a spirit in the consciousness of man, -- an attitude or disposition that permeates his thinking and his actions in this reality.

It’s a way to get the bogeyman out of our dream and out of our reality.

Is like a directional compass for the consciousness of man.

Its creating an awareness in such a way that we can learn what we have lost, or gain what we never had.

Within a group of consciousness the purpose is to create a larger human society and remove the bearers and boundaries of societal norms and cultural conflicts and differences and in that sense of the word we cross all the boundaries that separate us as different groups of consciousness.

The social conditions that affect our live come out of a larger human consciousness structure that surrounds us.

We can start looking at it as the mechanism that molds and moves our lives both individually and collectively. We've always blamed the individuals for the problems in our societies; - that they were the problem.

Its time we understood this differently, and instead of blaming the individual for the problems "like we've done" we design reality in such a way that the individuals being the problem makes no sense because we have constructed a very user friendly reality.
